Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t pay Maria Shriver

Maria Shiver decided to divorce her husband Arnold Schwarzenegger after found him has affair with other woman and has a child. Arnold lawyer have noted that the petition of divorce which push him to spousal support and pays the legal fees. Bob Kaufman asked the judge of their divorce to support that they pay their own legal fees.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shiver haven’t prenuptial agreement. That’s mean they should share their asset and property during 25 year marriage. The number looks so big, that’s around $400 million and will be divided equally.

Their children Patrick, Christopher, Katherine and Christina will custody together based on their decision. A source explained that Arnold Schwarzenegger is paying a significant amount, and also paying for his sons, Patrick and Christopher’s private school bills. Arnold realizes he is to blame for the collapse of his marriage. Maria was a loving wife and mother, and he doesn’t think that any amount of money can minimize what he has put her through, said other source.

The ex husband of Maria Shiver wants to do the right thing, and go above and beyond what is required of him under the law. This is going to be a very amicable divorce, and it won’t be played out in the media.
