John Edwards denied that he is wrong. He said that “I did not break the law.” In June, he pleaded not guilty after using $900,000 money of campaign. The laws has allegedly him used the money for his shelter with a baby. His Shelter name is Rielle Hunter.

The Justice Department said that the former trial lawyer was charged in a six-count indictment that allegedly participating in a scheme to violate federal campaign finance laws. The prosecutors argue that John Edward used the campaign money for covered his shelter living, medical and other needed. That’s for hidden his affair to let him walks on the 2008 White House bid.

The case of John Edwards could expand the definition of campaign distribution, says the analyst. Jim Cooney, his attorney said that this is a legal theory on which no one has ever been prosecuted.
