Last Friday, on July 8, 2011, a baby born in Texas hospital. The baby weight is 16 pounds. Awesome, is it true? Let’s check it out!

The baby boy was born in Texas hospital with 16 pounds weight from a mother, Janet Johnson. His weight is more than double usually babies born. His parent names the baby boy with JaMichael. He is the biggest baby in the Lone Star State.

The doctor who helps JaMichael mother by C – section, Dr. John Kirk predicted that the baby to weigh 12 or 13 pounds. The doctor also surprised with the baby boy. He said that JaMichael was much larger than expected and his parent is large people, and she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, which contributed to the baby’s size.

The baby father, Michael Brown said that they’re calling him ‘Moose’ up here and he is just excited that JaMichael is here.

A professor and chairman of obstetrics and gynecology at University of California at Irvine, Dr. Manuel Porto explained that while infants of diabetic mothers are large in size, their organ function is not more developed and in fact, their lung development may be delayed. Early delivery can lead to respiratory problems for the newborn.

An expert described that the uterus in woman body part can handle more than 16 pounds of baby but the baby’s large size does not come without dangers. We should give a lot of thanks to God with these miracles.
